What To Expect
BE ADVISED!: Each client will have a contract and work order sheet. Every last detail and request must be discussed thoroughly so there are no misunderstandings as we do not want to disappoint or upset any of our clients. If a request for a specific job or ADD ON (please see ADD ON page) is not requested and listed on your contract or work order sheet, then we cannot complete that task. Example: If you ask for Standard Cleaning but you do not mention that you want Windows Interior/Exterior cleaned, then we will not be doing that task for you as it is an ADD ON service only. Communication is key for your happiness and our safety and yours. Assumptions will cause complications for both parties which we would like to avoid as mentioned above. Thank you for your understanding!
STANDARD CLEANING: Weekly, Bi-weekly, or monthly! This includes: Dusting, wiping up counters and mirrors, mopping, and vacuuming. WE CAN *ADD ON*: Windows, interior/exterior and laundry such as washing/ ironing or stripping by request ONLY.
DEEP CLEANING: All *STANDARD CLEANING BASICS INCLUDED*, plus removal of limescale, calcium buildup, rust or oil stains. Moving furniture to clean underneath. Vacuuming blinds, curtains, cervices between washer and dryer, doors. Tracks on sliding glass doors. NOTE: Deep cleaning CAN take more than one day depending on the size of the project.
MAID/ASSISTANT CLEANING SERVICES: This service includes *All Standard Cleaning practices*, attention to detail with requested services such as: Dry cleaning drop off/pick up, Pick up groceries, and unload. Running other required errands that you have no time to complete - OR are handicapped and home bound. Anything that is not "homebound" or part of the "Standard Cleaning" will be an ADD ON service.
POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING: This service includes: Removing trash and debris, everything gets a thorough wipe down, floors vacuumed several times and mopped to remove dry wall dust. Window cleaning interior and exterior (by request ONLY) window cleaning is an ADD ON Service only.
ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING: This service includes: Care for the environment and the clients health. We use a special machine that does not require the use of chemicals to clean homes or facilities. Any chemicals that are used will be plant based options only to avoid breathing problems for clients with asthma, allergies or other extenuating circumstances.
COMMERCIAL CLEANING: This service includes: Daily clean up, empty trashes, washing up silverware/cups that are used. Wiping down all surfaces, dusting, mopping, vacuuming. NOTE: YOU as the client can tell us what you specifically need or expect for your facility. Please remember to be very specific and double check our ADD ON Services page please.
OFFICE DEEP CLEANING: This service includes: Thorough cleaning of the office, cleaning meeting and conference rooms, clean all personal desks, cleaning/polishing floors. This service is recommended ONCE A YEAR.
ANTI-VIRAL DISINFECTANT CLEANING: This service can be done during periods of pandemic or sicknesses such as flu or other viral infections. Our team will ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned with strong disinfectants and the use of machines to further protect the environment you are living or working in.
